VALERIE ADAMS!

I woke up in the morning with my head on the floor and my
body on my bed. I wriggled out of bed and bruised my shoulder
, because I thought the door was open but it was closed and I
ran into it. I laughed walking through the hallway to the kitchen.

In the afternoon Dad, Mum, Ariana and I went down to the
kaikohe chapel to see Valerie Adams. At the church we had to
listen to boring questions one of Valerie’s managers asked her.
There were a lot of questions he had to ask her.

Now we got up to the fun part where people got to get posters
and photos with Valerie Adams! Ariana and I got a poster each.
Ariana got one without her signature on it, and I did. I started
to tease Ariana, because I had a better poster than her.

Mum, Ariana and I got to have a photo with Valerie Adams up
close! Mum got to wear Valerie’s silver medal, Ariana bronze,
and me GOLD! It was pretty amazing. I feel like a hero.
